Welcome to the Fellowship of Christian Teaching Homes (FCTH).  We are glad you found us! We are here to provide support, education, and fellowship to Christian homeschool families in the Panama City, Florida area.

We hope to provide helpful information on our site to enhance your homeschooling experience. Please know that we strive to provide only information that supports our Statement of Faith and a Christ-based education.

Covering the political threats that are eroding parent's rights to homeschool and how parents can ensure that they do not lose these rights.

Homeschooling 101

At Heritage Bible Church
Topics that will be covered: where to begin, Florida State homeschooling laws, curriculum styles, organization, finding support, Florida Virtual Schools, and umbrella schools.

Prepping for High School:
These sessions will cover topics such as:  4 year planning, transcripts, finding scholarships, teaching higher level courses, dual enrollment, and preparing for college and SAT/ACT. (tentatively:  March & September)

These will be repeating events that are open to anyone interested in home schooling.  Speakers and topics will vary with each session.

Teen Events Calendar 

Teen Event- (7th-12 grade) will be meeting every 1st Friday and 3rd Saturday at 6:30pm for food, music, Bible Study, and a fun activity. If any play an instrument that is conducive for worship, and would like to play, please bring it.  Please bring a snack/side-dish to share.  A donation jar will be out to help defray the costs for the hosting homes.  Hosts will provide the main dish and drinks.

Teen Service- various projects for the teens to impact their community.  Certificates documenting community service hours will be given to those who participate.

Legends and Lore Festival

Where: Falling Waters State Park (3mi. south of Chipley off Hwy. 77)

What: crafters, demonstrators, exhibitors, musicians and other vendors come together to provide an interactive and educational look into history.

GEMS for ALOF  & Contender Clubs
