A time of fellowship and learning, FCTH moms
meet monthly to share encouragement, food,
devotionals and prayer. For the 2011-2012 school
year, our focus will be mentoring and coming
alongside one another (as modeled in Titus 2).

We try to
offer both educational and fun field trips each
month. Because of our group size, we often
gain discounts that we are able to pass on to
our members.
Some of our past events include:
Additionally, we offer Park Days and Beach Days to provide
opportunities for families to meet and
fellowship with like-minded families.

Our Co-op ministry offers support for
parents and a fun learning opportunity for our
children. From foreign languages to science
labs, our dedicated parents gather once a
week, to share their talents and skills in a
classroom setting. All texts are carefully
screened and help to promote a Biblical
World View. Guest speakers, field trips, and
labs are also a part of our Co-op.
The co-op runs during both the Fall and
Spring semesters. Offering a variety of
classes for children 3 years of age to 12th grade
(nursery care is provided for children under the
age of 3). Slots are limited and available
to FCTH members only. For each family enrolled, 1
adult is expected to serve in a pre-assigned
area of the co-op. This is not a drop-off
event.
Co-op openings, calendar,
class descriptions, and applications are sent out
to the group, through email, before the beginning
of each new semester

In May, we celebrate the achievements of our
children as they pass into the next grade (for
students in grades K-11th), and we graduate our
seniors.
Students are
recognized and receive a certificate of
achievement and our graduates (seniors) enjoy a
time set aside for them to highlight their talents
and share just a glimpse of the journey that
the Lord has led them on.
Parents of the
graduates present their child with his/her
diploma and "graduate" them with prayers, words
of wisdom, and a call to service. This is
followed by a time of fellowship.
Our teen ministry co-coordinators are dedicated to planning teen events for growth, fun, and direction, throughout the year. Past activities have included:
Serving a meal at the Rescue Mission
Bonfire,
devotional, and cook out
Swimming and game night
Bowling and Pizza night
This is a great way for
teens to fellowship together. They spend
supervised, structured time getting to know one
another.

Our
on-line forums began as a way to pass
information, buy and sell curricula, and post
general announcements to our many members. (Without
overwhelming their in-boxes!)
In
a short time, it has turned into a community
of like-minded families asking for prayer, sharing
advice, and more. The Forums require
registration, and are open to FCTH members only.

We try to
schedule several family events throughout the
year. This is a great opportunity for families to
get to know each other better, the dad's to be
involved with their children's friends, and to
develop lasting friendships within our
group.
It is our goal to create an atmosphere that encourages all of our families and to provide a sense of community and support.
Some past activities include,
meeting at a farm for a bonfire and camping
at Herbert Watts.
Each year,
we strive to plan conferences, guest
speakers, workshops, and seminars to encourage,
inform, and support our Members and families.
Some of our past events include:
