Below is a list of Florida certified teachers who have offered to do portfolio evaluations for FCTH members. This list is only meant to be used as a tool to help you find an evaluator for your family. Please contact the individual evaluator with any questions and to verify their credentials and fee schedule.

Anita Griffin – FCTH member
I am a Florida certified teacher. I received a B.S. in Elementary Education and a M.S. in Early Childhood Education from Florida State University – Panama City campus. I taught in the public school system for a total of 5 ½ years before staying home to homeschool my own children, ages 10, 7, 6, & 5 years old. This will be my 4th (official) year homeschooling. Helen Holmes – FCTH member
I have been certified for 29 years, homeschooled for 18 years, 13 in Florida. I will have three of my five children who have graduated from high school within our home school program. I have done evaluations for homeschoolers of all ages, as well as various special needs. I love working with homeschoolers to find curriculum that will work best for them. I also provide group testing with the Iowa Test of Basic Skills in the spring each year. I do most evals at Heritage Bible Church on State Ave. This provides some privacy and allows the younger children to play nearby while I converse with the parent and student. Devon Hardy
I am certified elementary education teacher in Bay County. I have been evaluating portfolios for homeschoolers for four years. I charge $30 for one child and $10 for each additional child. Dana Tutunick
Dana is no longer doing evaluations, but would like to offer her services to anyone needing help with special needs issues.
I am an elementary guidance counselor for Bay District Schools. I hold a Master’s degree and a current teaching certificate for PK-12 grade guidance with the Department of Education. I have been employed with Bay District Schools since 1992. If anyone has a special situation where they fear a learning disability or developmental delay, those are the parents I might be able to help provide some guidance and consultation.
